Local Man Gets a Parking Ticket After Being Caught On New Google Street Views

San Francisco- When Leonard Slowley checked his mail last Friday he found a parking googel maps ticket from the San Francisco Department of Public Transportation. It was for parking in a white zone outside The Westin St. Francis hotel on Powell Street. Along with the ticket was a pixilated picture of his car which was taken by Google Street Views, a new service provided by Google.

“I hated DPT before….now I hate Google.” Leonard yelled at us when Crooked Street Press approached him at his South Beach apartment. “This is an invasion of my privacy.”

“This is going to be a great tool for us.” Lt. Martha Wessley of the DPT said. “People finally will get caught parking in bus zones, next to fire hydrants, and even double parking. It’s going to be sweet!” Then she chuckled.

Google Street Views which was launched last Tuesday has already caught several criminals not just parking violations. It was reported that a woman was caught in South San Francisco leaving her car without leaving a window open for her dog. Another man was caught littering on I-280 just off the Caesar Chavez exit.

“I say good. I hope those bastards go to jail.” Sal Mitchell a representative from Google stated when asked about the invasion of privacy issue.

Crime is not the only thing being caught by these Google cameras. Now that people know that they might make it on camera, teenagers have been mooning traffic in hopes to get their butts put on Google for all to see. Cameras have also caught people sun bathing and even showing couples making whoopee in the backseat of a Buick. Only unspeakable acts have been captured in the Castro neighborhood.
